Main Responsibilities * Capture and validation of **customs declarations** * Coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers * Review of documents: **Bill of Lading (BL), invoice, packing list, arrival notice** * Monitoring of customs clearance status * Progress reporting to customers and internal departments * Identification and escalation of incidents * System updates and operational data entry Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field * **Proficiency in CASA and/or ADUANET systems** * 1–3 years of experience in **traffic, logistics, or import operations** * Basic knowledge of Customs Law and the import process * High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Experience: * CASA SYSTEM: 1 year (Mandatory) * Data entry: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
