Optimization of logistics and administrative processes ***VACANCY: Traffic and Logistics Executive*** Industrial / metal-mechanical company At **MAQUHENSA**, we are seeking talent to join the **Purchasing** department as a **Traffic and Logistics Executive**, responsible for coordinating and monitoring import and international logistics processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct delivery of equipment. **Main Responsibilities** * Receipt, review, and validation of import documentation (proformas, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COVE, and regulations). * Quotation, coordination, and tracking of maritime, air, and land shipments. * Monitoring of international transit and arrival times. * Coordination of customs clearance with customs brokers. * Verification of tariff classifications and non-tariff restrictions. * Management of import taxes and expense accounts. * Costing and documentary control of operations. * Updating receipt dates in ERP (SAP). * Preparation and control of labels for imported products. * Registration of new products according to established requirements. **Responsibilities** * Planning and execution of international shipments. * Compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. * Coordination with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers. * Management of cargo insurance. * Optimization of logistics and administrative processes. * Risk analysis and resolution of contingencies. * **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field (recent graduate). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year (professional internships) in imports or international logistics. **Technical Knowledge:** * International trade * Customs documentation and tariffs * Import regulations * Incoterms * Customs clearance * ERP (SAP preferred) * Microsoft Office Suite Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
