With over 240 tours operated directly each day, we continue expanding and are seeking to hire a new **Operations Coordinator** to join our team. **What will you do in this role?** * **Lead**, **provide direct support in daily activities**, resolve questions, and **foster a positive work environment**. * **Be responsible for the smooth operation of our tourism services**, ensuring everything runs efficiently. * **Maintain direct contact with suppliers** to build strong relationships and ensure our services consistently meet high quality standards. * **Resolve operational issues** quickly and effectively to maintain traveler satisfaction. * **Prepare key performance indicator (KPI) reports**, making data-driven decisions to improve our processes. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Academic background:** Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, International Business, or a related field. * **Passion for tourism and operations:** We value your enthusiasm for the industry and for tackling its challenges. * **Experience:** At least **2 years leading teams** in tourism or related sectors. * **Effective communication skills:** You’ll serve as the main liaison between our team and suppliers, so strong communication abilities are essential. * **Organization and analytical skills:** Attention to detail, planning ability, and data-driven decision-making are critical. * **Language requirement:** **Conversational English level B2** (**Mandatory**) * **Intermediate Excel skills:** Pivot tables and data analysis. **What do we offer?** * **Competitive salary** of **$18,000\- $20,000 net** * **Statutory benefits** and **5% savings fund**. * Work schedule: **Morning shift: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm \| Afternoon shift: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (Monday to Sunday, with midweek day off)** — both shifts available. * A dynamic, growth-oriented environment within the tourism industry. **Location:** Insurgentes Sur, opposite the Hamburgo Metrobús station.
