We are seeking **a Refrigeration Technician** at **Grand Palladium Riviera Maya.** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the operation of both centrifugal and rotary compressors. Carry out repairs when necessary. * Supervise the operation of cooling equipment, especially the following components: Thermostats, Compressor. * Repair any faults in refrigerant-cooled circuits. * Support colleagues across different departments. * Attend departmental briefings. * Verify that pumps distribute chilled water correctly and at the ideal temperature to the corresponding facilities. * Disassemble motor-pump motors to perform maintenance. * Perform daily cleaning of the assigned area. * Record chiller temperatures in the logbook and submit it to the immediate supervisor. * Replace chilled water pipes if found to be in poor condition. * Log all activities performed during the day in the logbook. * Follow the maintenance plan to conduct equipment inspections, maintenance, installations, etc. * Constantly verify that chiller temperatures remain within the ideal range (8°C–12°C). * Verify that chilled water is properly distributed through the piping and reaches the facilities at the appropriate temperature. * Verify that chillers are effectively cooling the water. **In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Real opportunities for professional development within an internationally expanding company. * An excellent work environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Secondary school or general high school diploma. * Technical qualification in refrigeration. **Experience and technical knowledge:** * 1 year of experience as an air conditioning technician assistant. * Proficiency with hand tools.
