We are seeking the following profile: **Position: Project Leader with Hydraulic/Hydrology Specialization.** **Position Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Hydraulic/Hydrology specialties. * **Languages:** Advanced conversational English. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in hydraulic projects, primarily focused on hydraulic infrastructure, dams, aqueducts, pumping stations, and water treatment (potabilization, sanitation, desalination). International experience is desirable. Experience with international financial standards (IFC, IDB, CABEI). Development of business relationships with key government authorities; closing of business deals. **Responsibilities** * Lead commercial strategy, coordination, and supervision of hydraulic projects managed by public agencies—primarily **CONAGUA**—ensuring thorough knowledge of project authorization processes, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage opportunities for participation in and awarding of hydraulic projects handled by government entities (CONAGUA and state-level agencies), as well as potential construction clients and strategic partners, to submit public and private proposals and bids for supervision and design services. * Represent the company before government clients, primarily CONAGUA. * Identify business opportunities and actively participate in preparing technical and economic proposals. **Additional Skills and Desired Values** * Strategic leadership in negotiation and effective communication with authorities and clients; full mastery of regulations and project authorization management processes, including federal and state-level procedures, permits, and approvals.
