




Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations or International Administration Language: Advanced English 2 years of experience in a similar position Responsibilities: **Cost analysis in operations:** This involves analyzing the costs associated with each aspect of international moving operations, from ground transportation to maritime or air transportation, packing costs, customs fees, insurance, among others **Budgeting and estimates:** Preparing detailed budgets for international moves for individual customers and agents, considering variable and fixed costs, as well as potential unforeseen expenses; also participating in preparing estimates for prospective customers and calculating costs for corporate tenders or for agents **Expense control:** Monitoring and controlling expenses against the established budget. Identifying areas where costs may exceed estimates and taking corrective actions to mitigate risks and optimize resources. **Process optimization:** Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality. This may involve implementing new technologies, negotiating contracts with suppliers, or optimizing transportation routes. **Profitability analysis:** Evaluating the profitability of each international move, considering all associated costs and generated revenue. This may involve preparing financial reports and contribution margin analysis. **Supplier negotiation:** Collaborating with logistics service providers, transportation companies, customs brokers, and other business partners to negotiate competitive rates and favorable terms that help control operational costs. **Customer negotiation:** Must follow up on all individual quotations generated by Balderas and negotiate with the customer. **Interdepartmental collaboration:** Working closely with Operations Management, Account Executives, and Finance to ensure effective coordination and a comprehensive understanding of the costs associated with each international move. **Costing for national and international tenders:** Must handle all costing-related tasks for all tenders.
