We seek a dynamic professional with strategic vision and solid legal expertise to ensure every shipment proceeds smoothly—without documentation issues or penalties. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Regulatory Analysis:** Interpret and implement recent updates to the Customs Law and foreign trade regulations to adapt internal processes. * **Document Management:** Coordinate and review the preparation of customs files (customs declarations, COFEPRIS certificates, zoosanitary certificates, invoices, etc.) to ensure flawless operations. * **Operational Control:** Oversee cargo flow from origin to customs clearance, maintaining direct communication with customs brokers and carriers. * **Authority Liaison:** Support implementation of new requirements or preventive audits mandated by authorities. **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs Law, International Business, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles (experience in food/perishables sector is preferred). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Up-to-date mastery of the **Customs Law**. * Familiarity with NNR applicable to meat products. * Proficiency in VUCEM. * **Attitude:** Highly proactive, capable of solving problems under pressure, and possessing excellent attention to detail. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to lead the transition to new customs schemes. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Dynamic and professional work environment.
