We are seeking a daring Occasional Vessel Operations Analyst to join our team and make a difference. What Profiles Are We Seeking? We want someone as unique as a clownfish in the ocean: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Transportation Engineering, or related field. Desirable 1–2 years’ experience in maritime operations and/or port documentation. Knowledge of foreign trade, port logistics, and maritime terminology (ETA, ETD, FOB, BL, etc.). Proficiency in document management systems and import/export processes. Reporting and KPI monitoring skills. Intermediate–advanced English. Intermediate–advanced Excel (tables, filters, formulas) and basic administrative system knowledge. Analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Your responsibility is your rudder, and planning your main sail. What Will You Do Daily? Prepare quotations for liquid cargo vessel services. Coordinate vessel services with port personnel. Accurately and timely nominate relevant information to the corresponding office. Provide operational status reports to our clients. Ensure regulatory compliance and operational process efficiency.
