Requirements: * Minimum **2 years leading work teams** (5 or more people). * **Advanced English**, both spoken and written. (The second interview is 100% in this language) * **4 years of experience** in the logistics sector, preferably in **maritime freight forwarding**. * Excellent **communication, organizational, and decision-making skills**. * Knowledge of air operations is desirable.
