Collaboration with the commercial department and direct customer service. **A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking a Sales Support professional specializing in Freight Forwarding.** **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. (Graduated). · Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within the Freight Forwarding industry. · Knowledge of Incoterms. · Knowledge of logistics services. · Intermediate–advanced English **Responsibilities:** · Provide sales support in preparing and sending quotations to existing customers and prospects. · Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. · Manage commercial CRMs for lead and prospect capture and tracking, preferably Cargo Wise. · Support operational tracking of services provided to each customer, in coordination with the operations department. · Manage appointment schedules and pending tasks with the commercial department. · Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or customers via phone or email to ensure proper service. · Perform administrative tasks related to the department. **We Offer:** · Salary: $15,000 to $18,000 MXN gross per month. · Statutory benefits. · Enhanced benefits (savings fund at 4%, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days as compensation starting from the second year, etc.) **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Flexible schedule and availability on some weekends.** **If interested, apply through this channel** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
