Effective communication with carriers and customers **Logistics Operations Coordinator** **Position Objective** Coordinate and provide end-to-end follow-up of the entire shipment cycle, ensuring correct operational execution, compliance with customer requirements, and service continuity through proactive management, incident control, and effective communication with transportation providers. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the full shipment cycle: positioning, loading, transit, and delivery. * Monitor ongoing operations in real time, anticipating and resolving operational incidents. * Manage vehicle availability and confirm assignments according to customer requirements. * Supervise compliance with operational instructions and specific requirements for each service. * Maintain constant communication with carriers and customers to ensure operational visibility and continuity. * Prepare quotations and operational proposals aligned with customer needs. * Act as first responder to logistics contingencies, proposing efficient and timely solutions. * Conduct CI’s (Corrective Actions) and ensure accurate operational documentation throughout the process. * Guarantee correct service execution in accordance with internal quality standards and established timelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations or transportation coordination. * Knowledge of shipment management, in-transit tracking, and customer service. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and operating systems. * Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving capability. * Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented mindset.
