If you are analytical, autonomous, and have experience in the logistics industry, this opportunity is for you! **What will be your mission?** Your primary objective will be to provide regional and local legal support, acting as the expert on Mexican laws applicable to the maritime, logistics, and international transportation industries. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Generalist Support:** Perform legal activities including contracts, legal opinions, regulatory analysis, and corporate governance. * **Labor Advisory:** Serve as a consultant on Mexican labor law matters, supporting Human Resources and local leadership in risk mitigation. * **Litigation and Claims Management:** Coordinate with external counsel in Mexico, monitor proceedings, and support regional cargo claim management. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Serve as the technical point of reference for customs, foreign trade, and port/maritime authorities. * **Compliance:** Support implementation of the regional compliance program, local risk-based approaches, and training initiatives. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law with valid professional license to practice in Mexico. * **Experience:** 3–8 years of verifiable legal experience. * **Knowledge:** Strong command of Mexican law (including labor law).
