Each piece reflects our avant-garde essence and passion for fashion. **Join the Cloe Talent Team** If you are passionate about fashion, enjoy working with processes, analysis, and coordination, and seek growth within a dynamic and international environment, this opportunity may be for you. **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Track imports to ensure products arrive on time and as scheduled per the sales plan. * Coordinate the arrival of goods via sea and air freight at ports and airports. * Review and validate import documentation (international and domestic invoices) prior to customs clearance. * Open and track import files. * Prepare and update operational reports and departmental KPIs. * Maintain updated databases and controls in tools such as Excel and Monday. * Coordinate with internal departments including Procurement, Design, Finance, and Treasury. * Maintain ongoing communication and negotiation with international suppliers and carriers. **We Expect Your Profile to Include:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in international traffic or imports. * Knowledge of retail or fashion (preferred). * Experience dealing with and negotiating with international suppliers, especially Asian suppliers. * Familiarity with freight forwarders (FWD). * Intermediate English proficiency required. * Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, teamwork, and pressure-management skills. * Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. **We Offer You:** * Gross monthly salary: $18,000 * Savings fund: 5% * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * 60% brand discount * Additional days off beyond statutory requirements **Experience Cloe** Where talent also sets the trend
