A market-leading company in professional nail products is seeking an **International Logistics Coordinator**. Your role will be to optimize logistics services provided to international customers by improving costs and delivery times, thereby ensuring compliance with international regulations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: * Track in-transit shipments and notify customers of updates to enable accurate planning with up-to-date information. * Quote various shipping options and present itinerary options and cut-off dates to customers to offer the best logistical solution in terms of time and cost. * Monitor shipment-related contingencies to ensure orders are received on time and in full. * Manage international courier accounts (FedEx, UPS) to facilitate courier shipments with required up-to-date information. * Prepare and deliver special documents and labels to PT warehouse for placement on boxes and/or pallets to ensure shipments comply with international standards. * Manage and monitor supplier account statements to fulfill established credit commitments and guarantee uninterrupted service. * Maintain a database of destinations and regular volumes to negotiate global rates with freight forwarders. * Follow up on open claims with international carriers or insurers to resolve issues for customers, whether related to delayed shipments or claims recovery. * Update international documentation, such as certificates of origin, MSDS, etc., to ensure all records, labels, and permits remain current, complete, and accurate. * Prepare dangerous goods declarations. **Essential Knowledge:** * Customs and Foreign Trade Regulations * Customer Service * Intermediate Office Software Proficiency * Intermediate English **Certifications** * Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics * ISO 9001:2015 Certification Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule possible) We operate on a 100% in-person work model.
