Join our team as an In-House Traffic Executive at our VARSOVIA CDMX branch (on Reforma Avenue, just a few blocks from the Angel of Independence)! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, International Business, or related field. * **Conversational English (Intermediate B1)** * **2 years of experience as a Traffic Executive** in the Customs industry (customs brokerage, logistics, or freight forwarding) * **Experience in MULTIMODAL EXPORTS** (air, land, rail, maritime, etc.) * **Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate)** * Availability to work across two offices (REFORMA and POLANCO) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Power BI **(Desirable but not mandatory)** * **90% Export / 10% Import** * Prior experience in transportation and logistics operations. * **End-to-end Export Process** * Customs Law and customs procedures * Carrier selection, transportation modes, and tendering processes. * Effective communication skills and ability to proactively resolve problems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Minimize delivery delays and optimize shipments to meet route commitments. * Communicate shipment details thoroughly to selected carriers. * Monitor carrier responses to tendered shipments and implement alternative measures in case of rejection. * Track and locate existing orders until delivery. * Coordinate with international suppliers, including transportation lines, customs agents, and carriers. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Attendance bonus * Punctuality bonus * Meal vouchers * Statutory benefits * Professional development and training This position requires **IN-PERSON work, Monday to Friday** Join our team as an In-House Traffic Executive and become part of our success story!
