We are looking for an **organized, analytical, and results-oriented** individual who wants to **build a career in international trade and logistics**, actively participating in daily operations. What will you do in this role? * Track **maritime and land imports**, from origin to final delivery. * Review and validate key documentation: **Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL)**, among others. * Maintain constant communication with **customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers**. * Monitor shipment status and **anticipate deviations**. * Update databases and **prepare import reports**. * Coordinate deliveries with the **warehouse and procurement department**. * Support the **search for and onboarding of new suppliers** (completing forms and document control). * Report damaged goods and provide **administrative support to the department**. What we’re looking for in you * Bachelor’s degree in **International Trade, International Business, or related field** (preferred). * **1 year of experience** in maritime and land imports. * Basic knowledge of **Incoterms**. * Familiarity with **import documentation**. * Intermediate **Excel** skills. * Residency near **Tultitlán**, or availability to commute.
