Customer service and regulatory compliance in foreign trade Job Objective: Coordinate, supervise, and monitor import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and delivering efficient service to customers. Main Responsibilities: * Entry and tracking of customs declarations and operations in the system. * File preparation and document control. * Customer interaction and communication. * Processing procedures on official platforms such as VUCEM. * Stay up-to-date with applicable customs laws, regulations, and standards. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in traffic or international trade. * Recent experience at a customs agency as a Traffic Executive in the IMPORT area. * Basic Excel skills.
