Job Summary: A prominent customs brokerage firm is seeking an Account Executive to coordinate import and export processes, manage documentation, and track shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Regulatory verification and client communication A prominent customs brokerage firm requires IMPORT AND EXPORT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE * Coordinate import and export processes from origin to final delivery * Prepare, review, and manage documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, customs entry forms (pedimentos), instructions letter, etc. * Track maritime, air, and land shipments * Confirm cargo status with carriers, fiscalized facilities, and warehouses * Inform clients of operational progress (timelines, customs releases, incidents) * Verify non-tariff regulations and restrictions * Schedule appointments for pre-clearance, customs release, and handling operations Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international trade or customs brokerage required Knowledge of: customs entry forms (pedimentos), VUCEM, INCOTERMS, multimodal shipment handling, Excel, basic English, excellent client service skills, follow-up ability, and organizational skills. #JOINOURTEAM Monday to Friday = 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Bi-weekly payment.
