




We are looking for an **Import and Logistics Analyst** responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring import processes and the logistics flow of goods, ensuring legal compliance, optimization of time and costs, and efficient operations from origin to final delivery. Main responsibilities: * Ensure import processes comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and customs requirements. * Coordinate international and domestic transportation to guarantee on-time and in-full deliveries. * Maintain control and tracking of shipments, logistics costs, and delivery scheduling. * Optimize logistics processes to reduce idle time, operational costs, and supply chain risks. * Ensure proper integration and safekeeping of foreign trade documentation. * Coordinate with international suppliers, customs agencies, and freight forwarders to resolve incidents. * Onboarding and management of customs agencies and freight forwarders. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in imports, logistics, or foreign trade. Technical knowledge: * Incoterms * Import processes * Foreign trade documentation * Customs agencies and freight forwarders Languages: * Intermediate English (50%) Soft skills: * Effective negotiation * Planning and organization * Proactivity Desirable: * Experience importing raw materials, powders, and liquids.
