Job Summary: Coordination and supervision of international transportation operators, including tracking and recording of services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of transportation operators 2. Tracking and recording of services in the TMW system 3. Handling of international crossing documentation ***Dispatching, coordination, and supervision of transportation operators before, during, and after the trip assigned by the International Traffic Manager, as well as tracking and recording services in the TMW system, and collecting proof of each service.*** Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in international transportation and traffic dispatching * Knowledge of logistics and handling of international crossing documentation * Familiarity with U.S. routes * 25 years of age or older * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field **Rotating shifts per month** * **7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.** * **3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.** * **11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.** **1 day off per week (day off may fall on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday)** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 - $14,100.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
