**Location:** Guadalajara, Jal. **Area:** Supply Chain – PiSA Global **Position Type:** Trust-based position \| Biweekly payroll **Role Objective** Comprehensively manage customs export processes, ensuring timely delivery of finished products to international customers in compliance with applicable regulations and service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and validate export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin). * Execute customs procedures for raw materials, machinery, and finished goods. * Ensure correct application of foreign trade programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, Drawback). * Oversee international shipments (LATAM, USA, and other markets). * Prepare performance reports and indicators (cost and time KPIs). **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * **Experience:** * 2 years in foreign trade and customs operations. * Knowledge of legal frameworks and applicable regulations. * 1 year in international logistics and transportation coordination (knowledge). * **Knowledge:** * Tariff classification and Incoterms (intermediate level). * IMMEX, PROSEC, and Drawback programs. * Free trade agreements. * **Language:** Intermediate English. * **Availability:** Quarterly travel. **Key Competencies** * Planning and organization. * Service-oriented attitude. * Compliance with regulations.
