**Vacancy:** *Customs Entry Auditor* **Job Objective** Accurately audit, review, and validate import and export customs entries, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations, correct tariff classification, and documentary consistency, thereby minimizing fiscal and operational risks for the agency and its clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Audit import and export customs entries in accordance with the Customs Law, General Foreign Trade Rules, and other applicable provisions. * Review and validate supporting documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, permits, NOMs, among others. * Verify correct tariff classification, customs value, duties, regulations, and non-tariff restrictions. * Identify inconsistencies, errors, or omissions in the provided information and follow up on their correction. * Coordinate with account executives, data entry clerks, and supervisors to ensure timely clearance of operations. * Comply with internal quality guidelines, response time requirements, and document control procedures. * Stay updated on regulatory changes related to foreign trade and customs matters. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs, or a related field (degree holder or recent graduate). * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a customs entry auditor at a customs brokerage firm. * Solid knowledge of: * Current Customs Law and General Foreign Trade Rules (RGCE) * Tariff classification (TIGIE) * Incoterms * Customs value and duties * Customs operating systems and VUCEM. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. **Competencies and Skills** * High level of analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and management of multiple operations. * Adherence to processes and regulatory compliance. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Sense of urgency and accountability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development. * Ongoing training in customs and foreign trade matters. * A professional work environment focused on quality and compliance.
