




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customs Documentation Executive to manage maritime customs procedures, coordinate imports, and ensure the accurate preparation and validation of customs entry forms. Comprehensive management of customs documentation and client communication **JOB DESCRIPTION**: Customs Documentation Executive for procedures at MARITIME CUSTOMS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs Sciences, or related field. **PROFILE:** * Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Customs Documentation Executive handling customs entry forms, specifically at MARITIME CUSTOMS. * Gender: Not specified **RESPONSIBILITIES \- FUNCTIONS** * Coordination of maritime shipment imports. * Entry of customs entry forms according to Annex 22 * General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2026 * Experience with customs entry forms A1, A4, M3, and IN * Validation and payment of customs entry forms * Preparation, tracking, and review of Verification Records (RV) * Generation and review of DODA * Generation of COVE * Assembly of digital customs entry form files * Coordination with clients regarding their shipments / port operations * Follow-up on advance payment requests and client support * Notification of shipments to the customs agency * Coordination of pre-entries. * Preparation of instruction letters for customs entry form preparation by customs agents (AA) * Request for local charges payments. * Monitoring of shipment clearance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Experience: * Customs Documentation Executive for procedures at MARITIME CUSTOMS: 3 years (Mandatory) License/Certification: * International Trade, International Business, Customs Sciences, or related field.
