Discover more about our company, our people, and our values by visiting us at Ansell. **Ansell is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team in Queretaro!** **Responsible for relationship management, accurate order processing and fulfillment, and customer retention of an account portfolio for Industrial and Healthcare customers with an annual sales value up to $120M.** The CSR serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts within a predefined region in partnership with respective field sales. This role will provide customer support by analyzing and processing orders; and responding to customer and field sales requests and inquiries. Manage the order lifecycle process for all order types and all customers in assigned portfolio of accounts (White Glove, HiPo \& TechTouch) 2\. Accurate and timely order processing EDI \& OCR: Perform day to day order processing duties which include releasing orders lines that require manual intervention due to PO discrepancies 3\. Review daily reports which detail order issues and present root cause analysis for repetitive issues or major 4\. Generate \& follow up all open drop order reports and provide accurate feedback on delivery status and requesting expedites as needed 5\. Monitor aged lines reports and cancel or update order lines as needed 6\. Support Customer Service and Customer Success teams via email and phone regarding inquiries, cancellation request and/or revisions for standard and drop order types 7\. For DS orders to request and secure the proper documentation of all shipments (Certificates of origin, packing slips, bill of lading, invoice, etc.) 8\. Maintain customer cross reference tables 9\. Handle EDI corrections and error corrections within the Gateway. 10\. Ensure proper flow of orders between systems (EDI, Oracle, SFDC, OCR, Webstore) 11\. Review open orders for holds \& errors (credit hold, inventory hold, price error, past due dates etc.) 12\. Identify, investigate, and resolve potential pricing errors/discrepancies on orders to avoid short payment of invoices 13\.
