If you are interested in becoming part of our company, please send your CV to: dcasillas@wanhai.com **Vacancy: CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORTATION** Position Objective: Properly execute the shipping line’s import processes to deliver high-quality customer service and support the achievement of organizational objectives. **Requirements:** \- Education: Graduates in International Relations / International Business / Foreign Trade / International Commerce or related fields \- Knowledge of: Foreign Trade or Maritime Logistics **\- Intermediate English proficiency.** \- Competencies: \*\* Customer service orientation \*\* Effective communication \*\* Organization \*\* Analytical thinking \*\* Teamwork \*\* Immediate availability **Responsibilities:** * Review vessel schedules. * Dispatch and track arrival notifications. * Submit documents for customs release. * Change Customs Broker and perform new validation. * Manage and track OBL printing at destination. * Apply free days. * Dispatch freighted BLs. * Assign interports. * Review transport modalities. * Confirm connection days. * Apply waivers. * Track Long Stay cases. * Enter administrative charges into ECR. * Track and approve CMs (Port changes, modality changes, Prepaid to Collect changes). * Recover and enter barcodes. * Review retention and release notices. * Review consignee changes. . **Offered:** \- Salary based on qualifications (to be negotiated during interview). \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \- Meal vouchers. \- Major medical expense insurance. \- Life insurance. \- Work location: Polanco, CDMX, Mexico.
