




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage unit marketing and shipment tracking, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire logistics process. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service or logistics experience in port trucking. 2. Order management and timely shipment tracking. 3. Communication with operators and port personnel. We are a 100% Mexican company in the transportation sector; due to expansion, we require a Customer Service Executive Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or port-related knowledge. OBJECTIVE: * Offer and market available units to customers, document requested orders, and ensure timely shipment tracking. Meet customer requirements and expectations throughout the entire process—from order receipt to service completion. Additionally, manage evidence recovery in accordance with instructions provided by the customer, ensuring proper closure of each operation. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics in port trucking. * Knowledge of port operations and transportation regulations. * Proficiency in Excel and transportation management tools. * Clear communication and organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and messaging. * Coordinate entry and exit of transport units. * Track incidents and delays. * Maintain communication with operators and port personnel. * Generate daily operational reports.
