Focus on compliance and quality **Position Objective** Support the execution of foreign trade consulting projects through operational and analytical activities related to the administration of the IMMEX program and Annexes 24 and 30, developing technical expertise under the supervision of senior consultants, with a focus on compliance, quality, and continuous learning. **Main Responsibilities** **Technical and Operational Support** * Support in the administration of the IMMEX program. * Loading, validation, and cleansing of data for Annex 24 and Annex 30. * Preparation of databases for Annex 24/30 reconstructions. * Basic reconciliation of customs entries, invoices, and inventories. * Identification and documentation of incidents. **Project Support** * Tracking of activities according to the work plan. * Updating of status and deliverables. * Preparation of operational reports and supporting evidence. * Support during audits and documentary reviews. **Learning and Development** * Execution of tasks in accordance with defined methodologies. * Participation in technical training sessions. * Documentation of processes and lessons learned. **Position Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree or currently in final semesters in: * Foreign Trade * International Business Mandatory: Advanced English Competitive salary, benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
