Review and compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations Job Description: Description At **Signx**, we are seeking a **committed** individual, eager to work, develop, and advance professionally. **Job Requirements** \-Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Commercial Relations, Customs, or related field. \-Prior experience in the customs area, handling import/export operations at a customs agency or private company, logistics. \-Intermediate level English proficiency. \-Knowledge of the Customs Law, review and annotation of customs entry forms (pedimentos). \-Familiarity with customs processes, Incoterms, and Non-Tariff Regulations. \-Processing through the Single Window (Ventanilla Única). \-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **\-Job Responsibilities** \-Handle and manage the company’s customs-related requirements. \-Coordinate and supervise cargo transportation and insurance, ensuring proper documentation management. \-Maintain smooth communication with various departments involved in the logistics process. \-Ensure adherence to established customs deadlines and regulations. \-Review and ensure compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions (RRNA's). \-Contract and monitor land and maritime transportation; track shipments, prevent delays and storage issues. \-Open, prepare, and compile files and customs documentation.
