Fumakilla America S.A. de C.V., an international company engaged in the marketing of household insecticides, is seeking a **Logistics Assistant**. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree: Graduated or current student in International Trade, Foreign Trade and Customs, International Commerce and Logistics, International Business, International Relations, or related field. * Intermediate–Advanced English (able to hold a conversation). * Minimum 6 months of logistics experience. ***Job Objective*** Support the coordination, control, and execution of the company’s logistics operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods, materials, and documentation from supplier to end customer, meeting established timelines, costs, and quality standards. ***Key Job Challenges*** * Coordinate and track purchase orders and orders. * Control inventory and verify stock levels. * Support shipment scheduling and distribution route planning. * Manage documentation (waybills, invoices, dispatch orders). * Maintain communication with suppliers, carriers, and customers. * Enter data into logistics systems or ERP. * Support resolution of incidents (delays, shortages, returns). ***Job Duties*** * Ensure accuracy of stock levels and product availability. * Daily entry and updating of receipts and shipments in system (ERP or WMS). * Reconciliation between physical inventory and system inventory. * Support for cyclic and annual physical inventories. * Batch control, expiry date tracking, and rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Identification and reporting of discrepancies, losses, or damaged goods. * Generation of inventory reports for management. * Coordination with warehouse to ensure proper storage and labeling. * Monitoring of minimum and maximum stock levels (safety stock). * Order receipt and entry into system. * Validation of inventory availability. * Coordination with warehouse for order picking and packing. * Scheduling of carrier pickups. * Tracking of waybills, shipping orders, and delivery confirmations. **What We Offer:** * Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, 100% on-site. * Gross monthly salary of $12,000 (paid biweekly) + monthly transportation allowance. * Statutory benefits: year-end bonus, vacation, profit-sharing, IMSS or FONACOT, life insurance. * Additional statutory rest days as mandated by law.
