Requires experience in international trade and proficiency in MS Office **Job Summary** The **Supply Chain Assistant** is responsible for coordinating and efficiently managing the international flow of products and goods. Their primary objective is to ensure products are delivered timely, securely, and in compliance with customs and commercial regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Management of the trading company’s client portfolio * Processing payments to domestic suppliers * Obtaining quotations from foreign service providers * Generating purchase orders * Sending purchase orders to foreign suppliers * Tracking purchase orders * Matching preliminary invoices against purchase orders * Obtaining required documentation for product imports * Coordinating deliveries of orders to the freight forwarder * Reviewing supplier deliveries * Making decisions regarding product shipment * Reviewing freight forwarder costs * Preparing supplier claim forms * Following up on supplier claims * Supporting activities inherent to the position **Minimum Requirements** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Experience in international trade **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in MS Office * Intermediate English * Works independently * Responsible and organized * Teamwork capability * Adherence to procedures **Salary** * **$ 16,000.00** **Benefits** * Cafeteria service * Monthly consumption allowance (of a product we market) Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * International Trade: 2 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
