Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency * **Analyst, MX Global Trade Operations** **Reports to:** Coordinator, MX Global Trade Operations **Department:** Global Supply Chain Monterrey #### **Summary** We are seeking an **Analyst, MX Global Trade Operations** to ensure compliance with Mexican customs regulations and internal policies for import operations. This role focuses on managing documentation for **Value Declaration (Manifestación de Valor)**, monitoring compliance KPIs, and maintaining accurate records for foreign trade operations. You will collaborate with customs brokers, internal teams, and regulatory authorities to guarantee timely submissions through VUCEM, support audits, and drive process improvements that reduce operational risks and enhance efficiency. #### **Key Responsibilities** * **Customs Clearance Validation (70%)** * Prepare, validate, and compile documentation for Value Declaration submissions. * Ensure accurate and timely declarations through VUCEM. * Collaborate with customs brokers and internal stakeholders to execute import processes. * Communicate regulatory changes and support audits. * Drive compliance initiatives and process improvements. * **Import \& Export Documentation Control (15%)** * Maintain complete, accurate, and audit\-ready documentation files for all foreign trade operations. * **Logistics Coordination (10%)** * Coordinate international logistics aligned with SOPs and contracted rates to meet manufacturing plans. * **Performance Monitoring \& Financial Administration (5%)** * Track compliance KPIs, report performance metrics, and reconcile vendor payments. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in Global Trade Compliance or Operations. * **Skills:** * Deep knowledge of Mexican customs regulations, Manifestación de Valor, and VUCEM processes. * Strong understanding of foreign trade documentation and audit requirements. * Familiarity with customs broker coordination and compliance KPIs. * Basic financial administration skills (vendor payments, invoice reconciliation). * High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
