Supporting strategic decision-making **Location:** Reynosa, Tamaulipas **Job Description** At our **Crosspoint customs brokerage agency**, we are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive **Accountant** responsible for properly managing the agency’s accounting, tax, and financial affairs, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and supporting strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * General accounting for the customs brokerage agency. * Recording and monitoring of revenues, expenses, and accounting entries. * Preparation and filing of tax returns (SAT). * Bank reconciliations. * Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Payroll administration and employer-related statutory obligations. * Coordination with operational and administrative departments. * Preparation of financial reports for management. * Handling audits and tax-related requests. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated or in progress). * Minimum of 2 **years** of accounting experience (experience in customs brokerage agencies or international trade is preferred). * Knowledge of Mexican tax legislation. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Experience with accounting software (CONTPAQ). * High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and organization. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
