Corporate and Administrative City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Mar 12, 2026 Working Hours: 9–6, Monday to Friday Description: **SENIOR ATTORNEY** **Objective:** Review, supervision, and negotiation of international and aviation industry contracts; development and definition of regulatory compliance programs, processes, and policies (Personal Data, Anti-Corruption, AML, Foreign Trade, etc.), as well as training employees on key regulatory compliance topics; handling authority inspections and administrative proceedings. **Responsibilities:** * Drafting medium-complexity contracts. Ensuring legal certainty for operations in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies. * Managing contract execution and assembling the corresponding files. * Preparing minutes and maintaining up-to-date corporate records. Drafting, updating, and reviewing corporate documentation related to shareholder meetings, board of directors’ sessions, and maintaining updated registers. * Managing notarial procedures.
