What will your responsibilities be? * Identify potential customers through promotion within the area of influence, introducing our products, planning and documenting activities carried out according to the institution's established procedures. * Place and collect group loans according to targets set for portfolio and recurring customers, as well as new customers, following current procedures to reduce portfolio risk and ensure timely repayment. * Train and document various groups on the product methodology, ensuring understanding of the product and institutional policies. * Build trust and commitment as key elements to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers through humane treatment and high sensitivity, promoting personal development and long-term relationships. * You will be assigned a mobile device with which you can manage your daily tasks. As a group credit promoter, you will dedicate 90% of your time to field activities (visiting assigned customers) and 10% to administrative tasks at the office (filling out forms, credit applications, and information queries).
