Position Summary: Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring cleaning standards and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with cleaning, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas. Prepare work schedules, room assignments, and shifts according to occupancy levels and operational needs. Conduct daily inspections to verify cleaning quality in guest rooms and common areas. Coordinate with Maintenance regarding any reported malfunctions or defects identified in guest rooms and public areas. Supervise control of linens, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and amenities. Prepare supply requisitions and maintain updated inventory records. Conduct monthly inventories of linens, small equipment, and supplies. Coordinate deep-cleaning programs. Recruit, train, and motivate staff under supervision; maintain constant communication with Front Office and Operations to address guest requests and priorities; follow up on complaints or requests related to hotel cleanliness. Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles within Housekeeping. Knowledge of cleaning and service standards in hospitality, inventory management and supply control, laundry processes, and hygiene and safety regulations. Skills: Leadership and team management, attention to detail and quality standards, organization and planning, effective communication. Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
