Supervise, coordinate, and plan Housekeeping Department activities. Ensure compliance with cleaning, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Prepare work schedules, room assignments, and shifts according to occupancy levels and operational needs. Conduct daily inspections to verify cleaning quality in guest rooms and common areas. Coordinate with Maintenance regarding any malfunctions or defects identified in guest rooms and public areas. Supervise linen, uniform, cleaning supply, and amenity control. Prepare supply requisitions and maintain up-to-date inventory records. Conduct monthly inventories of linens, small equipment, and supplies. Coordinate deep-cleaning programs. Develop, train, and motivate team members under supervision; maintain constant communication with Front Office and Operations to address guest requests and priorities; follow up on complaints or requests related to hotel cleanliness. Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in supervisory or managerial Housekeeping positions. Knowledge of hospitality cleaning and service standards, inventory and supply control, laundry processes, hygiene and safety regulations. Leadership and team management skills; attention to detail and quality standards; organizational and planning abilities; effective communication. Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
