




A company specializing in the management and rental of luxury properties in Punta de Mita is seeking a House Manager for a villa within the Punta Mita development. Profile: Bachelor’s degree completed in Tourism or related field (preferred) Prior experience managing the operations of a luxury villa (minimum 2 years) Advanced English (minimum C1 or B2 level) Strong passion for service and customer care Organizational, leadership, and team management skills Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and supervising the overall operation of the assigned property, as well as maintaining constant communication with owners regarding general and specific aspects of the property. Must ensure timely response to any maintenance, repair, vendor hiring and supervision, project execution, and other property-related requests. Also responsible for supervising the duties of the team under their supervision to ensure full client satisfaction while complying with established procedures, standards, and policies.
