Proposal and implementation of technical optimizations Your Mission in the Workshop Ensure operational continuity and machinery efficiency through expert diagnosis and excellence in maintenance. Main Responsibilities * **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans on polishing motors, ultrasonic systems, laser engravers, foundry furnaces, and welding equipment. * **Advanced Electronic Diagnosis:** Component-level repair of electronic boards and internal circuits of digital and analog equipment. * **Electrical Infrastructure:** Supervise and maintain distribution panels, electrical installations, and specialized lighting systems for detailed work. * **Improvement Engineering:** Propose and implement technical optimizations that extend equipment service life and maximize productive efficiency. Desired Profile * **Education:** Completed Technical Degree in Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in industrial maintenance or precision equipment maintenance (laboratories, specialized workshops, or power electronics). * **Technical Proficiency:** Expert interpretation of electrical diagrams and electronic schematics. * **Soft Skills:** Logical problem-solving approach, high attention to detail, and a rigorous standard of order and cleanliness. * **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * **Statutory Benefits** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
