Contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse processes. **Warehouse Inventory Auditor****Position Summary*** Location: Carnation DC * Address: Av. 5 de Febrero 1404, 76000, Santiago de Querétaro * Company: Nestlé * Full-time * Education: High school diploma up to Bachelor’s degree or Industrial/Logistics Engineering. **Position Purpose** Perform finished goods inventory counts by conducting physical stock verification (pallets, cartons, fractions, and units), adhering to established distribution policies, procedures, and best practices, to ensure stock availability in terms of time, quality, and form. **A Day in the Life of...*** Conduct physical material counts—quantity, quality, and batch—according to internal and external customer specifications, following work instructions assigned by the Control Desk, to ensure physical and theoretical reconciliation of receiving, internal movement, and shipping transactions. * Report inventory discrepancies by identifying damages, quantity variances, batch mismatches, and/or internal and/or external customer material specification deviations, to ensure product availability during receiving, internal movement, and shipping processes—in terms of quality, timeliness, and accuracy. * Participate in operational meetings within the area, reporting KPIs related to the function’s performance in the Warehouse, to contribute to continuous improvement activities in receiving, internal movement, and outbound warehouse processes. **What Will Make You Successful...*** High school diploma up to Bachelor’s degree or Industrial/Logistics Engineering. * Minimum experience in: Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, and Product Dispatch.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Basic SAP knowledge.
