




Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant and CSSD Functions professional to manage surgical instruments, ensuring their availability, traceability, and functionality while complying with safety and hygiene protocols. We are currently looking for your talent as: **Warehouse Assistant and CSSD Functions** **Objective:** This position is vital in ensuring the proper preparation, cleaning, availability, traceability, and functionality of surgical instruments through warehouse management, preparation of delivery notes, recording of reports, logs, and control forms, as well as handling and follow-up of incidents—ensuring compliance with established protocols and safety and hygiene standards. **Responsibilities:** * **Preparation, cleaning, and control of surgical instruments:** * Ensure cleanliness, disinfection, and optimal conditions of instruments. **Delivery notes and documentation:** * Prepare delivery notes for instruments and medical equipment. * Record incoming and outgoing movements in digital systems (including SAP) or physical logs. * Maintain up-to-date traceability and control records. **Inventory control:** * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts. * Identify and report shortages, damages, or replenishment needs. **Incident reporting and management:** * Record and report incidents related to instruments or medical equipment (e.g., damage, loss, malfunction). * Follow up on incidents until resolution. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and medical equipment handling protocols. * Verify that instruments are complete, functional, and correctly identified. * Ensure instrument delivery and receipt before and after each procedure. **Skills:** * Handling, classification, and cleaning of surgical instruments. * Inventory control and preparation of delivery notes. * Use of systems (SAP preferred), plus. * Traceability standards and sterilization protocols. * Incident registration, control, and follow-up. **Requirements** * Education level: Technical degree in CSSD or Surgical Instrumentation Technician * Manual washing of surgical instruments * Attention to detail * Excellent attitude and sense of urgency * Order and precision in performance * Excellent attitude * Proactivity **We Offer:** **Salary:** * $10,000–$12,000 MXN Gross Monthly * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits after 3 months **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, one on-call shift per month **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, rotating shifts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00–$12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
