A company specializing in the production of high-quality hardware for doors and windows is seeking a **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT**. **Job Objective** To control, safeguard, and issue materials as well as work-in-process items, ensuring correct handling, storage, and identification to guarantee continuity of the production process. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store work-in-process items in the warehouse. * Issue materials to production according to requisitions or work orders. * Record incoming and outgoing items in the system or control forms. * Identify materials using appropriate labels, codes, or batch numbers. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the unfinished goods warehouse. * Conduct physical inventories and cyclic counts. * Report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies. * Assist with loading, unloading, and internal material transportation. * Ensure proper storage according to material type (FIFO, expiration dates, batches, etc.). * Comply with safety and hygiene standards. **Experience** * 1 year of experience in warehousing, production, or material handling (desirable). * Experience in inventory management and goods control (preferred). **Knowledge** * Basic inventory management skills. * Proficiency in computer use or record-keeping systems (Excel or basic ERP). * Knowledge of cyclic counting. * Ability to identify materials, codes, or batches. * Good warehousing practices. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and orderliness. * Teamwork. * Responsibility. * Proactivity. **Physical Requirements** * Ability to lift or move materials. * Operational work requiring prolonged standing. **We Offer** \- Monthly salary ranging from $8,500 to $10,000 MXN, commensurate with profile and experience. \- Statutory benefits. \- Grocery allowance as a punctuality and attendance bonus. \- Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm** / Days off: Saturdays and Sundays.
