We are currently seeking new talent for our company and are hiring Warehouse Assistants. **General Objective:** Manage warehouse logistics for receiving and scheduling deliveries; supervise assigned personnel to meet corporate objectives, as well as understand, apply, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures. **PT Warehouse:** Manage warehouse logistics for delivery scheduling, local and national shipments, and inventories; train staff (shipping documents, waybills, inventories, reports, AXYTY application). **Responsibilities:** **1\.\-** Ensure accurate inventory of products and supplies. **2\.**\- Manage shipping logistics to local and foreign customers. **3\.**\- Coordinate collection of products from production and delivery of magistral prescriptions. **4\.**\- Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper arrangement of materials, including appropriate segregation of non-conforming materials. **5\.**\- Correctly pack orders and prepare waybills (DHL) for foreign and international shipments. **6**.\- Train staff on AXYTY application updates. **7\.**\- Coordinate rotating tasks (daily and weekly) for staff. **8\.**\- Ensure procedures across different areas are carried out as established, to prevent incidents. Responsibilities are not exhaustive.
