




Position Summary: Responsible for managing sales and customer service, implementing commercial policies, and achieving sales targets to ensure organizational success. Key Highlights: 1. Implement the company’s commercial policies and necessary actions to achieve established sales targets. Main Responsibilities: 1. Plan and implement required sales actions to achieve set targets. 2. Lead, coordinate, and supervise staff under supervision to ensure high-quality customer service and foster customer loyalty. 3. Monitor and control warehouse inventory. 4. Organize the most suitable physical product distribution for the branch. INTELLECTUAL REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Technical Knowledge: a. b. Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint EXPERIENCE Prior Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role; experience in commercial enterprises preferred COMPETENCIES: Strong sense of responsibility, reliable, proactive, emotionally balanced, skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, customer-oriented, results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills, meticulous, detail-oriented, common-sense driven, ability to work under pressure, strong commitment and alignment with company values. Age: 25 to 45 years old. Must have availability and flexibility in working hours.
