




We are looking for a Voice Messaging Coordinator! If you have experience in telecommunications, voice messaging operations, and enjoy leading technical teams, this opportunity is for you. This position is critical to ensuring the proper administration, monitoring, and optimization of voice messaging and voice traffic services, guaranteeing quality, continuity, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate the team responsible for provisioning, tracking, and operating voice messaging. * Supervise configuration, number portability, routing, and activation processes for voice services. * Analyze metrics, generate reports, and track quality KPIs. * Manage operational incidents, ensuring timely attention and resolution. * Maintain fluent English communication with suppliers, carriers, and international clients. Job Requirements * Experience in voice messaging, telecommunications, or routing platforms. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technologies and Systems or related fields. * English B2–C1 (mandatory) for communication, reporting, and international coordination. * Proficiency in office tools (basic–intermediate Excel). * Skills in operational coordination, effective communication, and leadership. * Strong analytical ability, tracking capability, and problem-solving skills. * Experience managing messaging platforms such as SMS, SMPP, and A2P.
