Job stability **Salary:** $12,000.00 MXN per month **Job Objective** Support the management and control of the firm’s financial resources in the tax-accounting area, ensuring accurate administration of payments, collections, accounting entries, and bank reconciliations, in compliance with established deadlines, current tax regulations, and internal policies. **Functions and Responsibilities:** · Management and operation of various corporate electronic banking platforms. · Preparation and tracking of SPEI, SPID, and international wire transfers. · Control and execution of payments to suppliers (Accounts Payable). · Tracking and analysis of collections (Accounts Receivable). · Accounting entry recording for revenue, expense, and journal vouchers. · Preparation of accounting journal entries. · Operation of CONTPAQi / COMPAQ system. · Cash count and cash control. · Bank reconciliations. · Review and analysis of bank fees. · Control and tracking of payment due dates for fixed expenses, services, taxes, and payroll. · Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. · Preparation of cash flow reports. · Filing and document control of accounting and financial supporting records. · Assistance and support during internal and external audits. · Support in CFDI management and validation of tax receipts. **Required Profile** · Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. · Minimum experience: 1–2 years in treasury or accounting (preferably with tax-related focus). · Solid knowledge of corporate electronic banking. · Experience in domestic and international wire transfers. · Knowledge of accounting entries and bank reconciliations. · Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas). · Proficiency in CONTPAQi / COMPAQ system. · Basic knowledge of tax regulations and CFDI. **Competencies and Skills** · Proactivity. · High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. · Analytical ability. · Administrative organization and control. · Attention to detail. · Ability to work under pressure. · Excellent time management. · Effective communication and teamwork. **We Offer** · Competitive salary (based on experience). · Statutory benefits. · Job stability. · Opportunity for growth within the firm. · Excellent professional environment.
