We’re seeking results-driven professionals who wish to join a strong, dynamic corporate environment in Mexico City. **What will you do on the Sales Team?** * You’ll use persuasive sales techniques to identify our members’ needs and offer them the best vacation option. * Maintain high productivity in call management (incoming and outgoing), ensuring impeccable and efficient service. * Collaborate with the team to exceed monthly sales targets and elevate the company’s service standards. * You’ll be responsible for maintaining precise and rigorous control over confidential information—demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. **Desired Profile:** * Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with a solid track record of meeting and exceeding goals. * Experience in the travel industry is desirable. * Strong telephone communication skills, with the ability to proactively build trust and close sales. * Availability to work at our offices located in Colonia Del Valle Sur, CDMX. * Motivated by commissions. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $15,000 MXN per month + uncapped commissions (average income $70,000 MXN or more) * Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance. * Savings Fund and Grocery Vouchers. * Exclusive arrivia corporate benefits for travel and discounts on other services. **Who Are We?** Welcome to *arrivia*.
