Experience managing unionized personnel 3. Ability to interpret blueprints, manage risks, and knowledge of construction 4. Class E driver’s license and ability to drive standard transmission vehicles 5. Completed high school diploma or related field 6. Willingness to travel to various locations as required 7. Flexible working hours **Responsibilities** 1. Supervise and coordinate crews, ensuring they have proper PPE, tools, and materials. 2. Assign tasks to technicians and track maintenance projects to guarantee timely and proper completion. 3. Verify daily productivity in the system and consolidate progress reports for submission to supervisors. 4. Support and guide technicians in resolving technical issues, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating training. 5. Serve as a liaison among technicians, supervisors, and management to maintain clear communication. 6.
