We are currently seeking a **Second-Level Technical Support** specialist to join the on-site team at **Actinver**. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in Level 1 technical support**, and at least **1 year in Level 2 support**. * Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow. * Windows 10/11 support expertise. * Support for critical and VIP users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Resolving complex technical issues related to mobile and web applications. * Providing specialized support for requests escalated by Level 1 support. * Documenting and tracking each incident or ticket in a structured manner. * Handling requests related to infrastructure, primarily concerning AWS services and databases. **What We Offer:** * Net salary of $16,000 to $18,000. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance). * 15 days of Christmas bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * Profit-sharing. * Opportunity for professional development. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
