We are currently seeking a **Level 2 Technical Support** specialist to join the **Actinver** team onsite. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in Level 1 technical support**, and at least **1 year in Level 2 support**. * Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow. * Windows 10/11 support experience. * Support for critical and VIP users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Resolution of complex technical issues related to mobile and web applications. * Provision of specialized support for requests escalated by Level 1 support. * Structured documentation and follow-up of each incident or ticket. * Handling requests related to infrastructure, primarily concerning AWS services and databases. **What We Offer:** * Net salary of $16,000 to $18,000. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance). * 15 days of Christmas bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * Profit-sharing. * Opportunity for professional development. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
