




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with a completed high school education and experience in technical support or help desk roles, along with knowledge of IP networks and monitoring platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in technical support, help desk, or NOC 2. Basic knowledge of IP networks, WiFi, routers, and CPEs 3. Internal training available for fiber optic and wireless networks Education: Completed high school diploma. Desirable: Technical degree in systems, networking, telecommunications, or related field. Experience: 1 year in technical support, help desk, NOC, or remote technical assistance (desirable). Valuable experience in customer service and/or network monitoring. Knowledge: Basic concepts of IP networks, WiFi, routers, and CPEs. Fundamentals of fiber optic and wireless networks (can be reinforced through internal training). Systems proficiency: Mikrowisp, monitoring platforms (The Dude, SmartOLT), basic office software. Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
